She has done her masters in PGDM Marketing from MITCON in the year 2011. In her corporate career she has worked with renowned companies like ZICOM, CP Plus and Schneider Electric managing senior profiles and achieving awards like Maximum Key Accounts Achiever and Best Performer in Sales. She made a strong professional mark in very beginning of her career in the industry.

In the year 2015 she started *New Era Solutions* an ELV Solutions Company with her dreams and commitments. Since than the company has grown and she has earned a dignified space for herself in Electronic Security Systems Industry. New Era Solutions (NES) today is known for its service standards and solution designing capabilities. NES today has expanded its projects at PAN India level and is also working on International Projects. She has proved her mettle in a male dominated industry working with many renowned Builder Groups, Architects, Consultants and Industrial Clients across India.

Ms. Simple got recognized with *The Real Woman Award* in the year 2021 in the Construction Industry and Electronic Security Systems Industry. She also works as a core committee member in FSAI Pune chapter and as Women Co-Chair in ISHRAE Pune Chapter.

She is a profound leader in her domain with distinguished identity and is paving the way for Woman Entrepreneurship. Her beliefs and actions synchronize towards her passion in contributing to the ELV Industry for over 12 years now.
