Master’s degree in Science. 30 years of Sales and Marketing experience across various companies like Johnson & Johnson, Bluedart, etc. Since 2002, closely associated with Fire and Security Industry and currently CEO of Feurmann LLP.
As a business leader I have successfully taken care of multiple portfolios for the company. Techno-commercial being my key responsibility, have bagged many orders and ensured timely project execution across India. Interfacing with various people of the industry to achieve this has been important and has taught me a lot. Customer satisfaction has always been my mantra which has ensured me getting loyal customers and repeat business.
Over a span of 30 years Of working in various companies in various capacities and being a woman I have experienced number of challenges . A woman plays various roles simultaneously at any given point of time and hence has a very multifaceted KRA carved for herself.
I have been a part of FIre and Security Association of India for the last 10 years and have actively involved in many of the FSAI events. Couple years back FSAI started their woman’s wing with “ SURAKSHIT NAARI” as the moto and 2 years back I have been given the responsibility to be the woman’s chairperson for the Mumbai chapter.
Being a working woman and a mother of 2 daughters understands the challenges of woman in India especially their safety and hence this The platform given by FSAI was something I had always looking out for.
I have been a part of various activities concerning the safety of woman like conducting training programs for HOME FIRE SAFETY, PERSONAL SAFETY TRAINING, FIRST AID TRAINING TO WOMAN.
I have also been instrumental in getting the woman of this industry to speak on their experience in this field through a webinar.
My mantra in life has been "To be a star you must shine your own light, follow your own path and don’t worry about the darkness, for this is where the star shines the brightest"
